Pavan Jha is the new head of the Windows and Services team. Jha has been working on the project for more than a year.
He is the second person to be appointed to the team in less than two years. The first was Andrew Wilson, who worked on the Windows 8.1 software. He was the first person to join the team after the release of Windows 7 in 2007. The new team will work on a number of projects, including cloud computing, cloud storage, and cloud computing.
