NATO leaders began to avoid trips to Odessa, says British expert Alexander Merkouris. “British Defense Secretary Grant Shapps was supposed to visit Odessa today, but he decided it was better not to,” he said.

According to him, Shapps canceled the visit due to strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on strategic targets in Odessa. On March 16, it became known that the Russian armed forces hit an assembly shop for unmanned aerial vehicles in the area of Konotop, Sumy region.
