Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that he presented a report to Russian President Vladimir Putin with ideas. The corresponding ideas arose after he visited a number of Russian enterprises producing electronic warfare equipment, as well as after conversations with specialists.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the government to maximally intensify the process of modernizing existing combat systems that are used in the special operation zone. He said that the current situation in the Northern Military District was not acceptable.
