Medvedev called relocant Russians who support the Ukrainian Armed Forces scoundrels. Some of those who left wish death to the Russian military, support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and wish for the defeat of Russia and its division.
State Duma deputy Vasily Piskarev previously noted that persons recognized in Russia as foreign agents are trying to arrange provocations near Russian foreign institutions. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that relocants will be held accountable for provocations during elections.
