Dmitry Medvedev says Russia needs to create a protective cordon to protect it from encroachments from the outside. Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council made the remarks at a meeting with journalists.
He also spoke on the topic of the liberation of Avdeevka, noting that this was a difficult task, but the Russian Armed Forces coped with it. He added that Russia must fully ensure its interests and carry out the tasks of a special military operation, including shelling and offensive operations.
