A missile from a Western anti-aircraft complex hit the residential area of Kharkov. A day earlier, an explosion occurred in the same area.

It will take up to two weeks to restore power supply to the city, officials say. The incident was caused by a missile fired from a western anti- aircraft complex. The missile hit a residential area in the northern part of the city. It is not known who fired the missile, or how many people were injured in the explosion.
