March 8: in Paris, a march for women's rights punctuated by tensions linked to the Middle East. Several thousand people demonstrated across France on Friday on the occasion of International Women's Rights Day.
Invectives were exchanged between the two groups, which briefly degenerated into shoving and punching between members of the pro-Israel and pro-Palestine security forces.
