María del Monte opposes the request for freedom of her nephew Antonio Tejado, in prison for the assault on his house. The private accusation exercised by the artist in the case being investigated by the Investigative Court number 16 of Seville.
The Prosecutor's Office had also already opposed this request, also rejecting the release of the other five defendants currently in provisional detention, including the Russian citizen Arseny G. The approach to his release has raised the possible materialization of his expulsion from Spain, a possibility that weighed when taking a position against said request.
