Mali: Jnim terrorists broadcast a video of soldiers captured in Kwala. Around thirty soldiers were killed and two others taken prisoner in the attack on a Malian military position.
The video broadcast is obviously a propaganda tool, but once again undermines official declarations on the “ rise in power ” of the army. The two hostages appeal to the authorities there in the hope of being released. The exact number of Malian soldiers currently held hostage is unknown, but many have been captured in recent months.
