Madrid will not apply the price index of the Housing Law: "The only area under tension is the Moncloa Palace". The housing price index proposed by the Ministry, as happened with the stressed areas, will not be applied either in the Community or in the city of Madrid.
According to Idealista data, of these four cities, Madrid is the second in both price increases with 9.5% in the last year (Valencia is the first with 12.8%) and in total price per square meter with 4,268 euros.
