The Statistics and Census Service of the Macau SAR Government announced on the 27th that Macau will host a total of 1,139 conventions and exhibitions throughout 2023. Participants and visitors increased by 12.7% to 1.602 million.
The number of incentive activities increased from 6 to 17, and the number of participants increased fourfold to 11,000. Preliminary estimates indicate that convention and exhibition activities will drive Macau’s non-gaming industry revenue to approximately 6.2 billion patacas.
