Lipetsk police began an investigation after a local resident said about a terrorist attack. Police officers discovered a video recording in which a woman calls for violent acts and justifies them.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the death toll as a result of the terrorist attack had increased to 139. It was also reported that in the Moscow region payments were made to 52 victims of theterrorist attack at Crocus. The relevant material has been registered in the prescribed manner and police are already carrying out verification activities.
