Legal experts: The International Justice Decision paves the way for the trial of Israeli leaders. Although it did not include an explicit text demanding a ceasefire, legal experts believe that the International Court of Justice’s decision greatly affects Israel.
The experts pointed out that it is possible to work to hold the Israeli officials complicit in these crimes accountable, and to stop supplying Israel with weapons and financial and economic aid. This may include stopping arms exports, or providing other types of material assistance to Israel.
