Farah Dakhlallah, a Briton of Lebanese origin, will assume the position of NATO’s official spokesperson, effective March 1. She succeeds Oana Lungescu, who served as spokesperson from 2010 to 2023.

Dakhla Allah previously worked as Director of Communications at the World Health Organization between 2017 and 2021. She also served as Arab Spokesperson for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the United Kingdom between 2014 and 2016. She has extensive experience from the public and private sectors, including the United Nations, the United UK government, and AstraZeneca.
