Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron noted that the possibility of sending troops from Western countries to Ukraine cannot be ruled out. According to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, there will be neither German military nor NATO troops in the country. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that not only foreign mercenaries are active in Ukraine, but also career officers from other countries, including France and the UK.
