Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the process of establishing a visa-free regime in the BRICS member countries is not underway. He said this at the government hour in the State Duma.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he discussed cooperation in BRICS with Chinese President Xi Jinping. At the end of January, Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Ryabkov, said the expansion of the interstate association will help the formation of a new, more equal and fair multipolar world order.
