According to Lavrov, Russia is looking into what weapons the Ukrainian Armed Forces used to shoot down the Il- 76. The Investigative Committee claims that the anti-aircraft missile weapons were located in the village of Liptsy, Kharkov region. The missiles that shot down the plane were launched from Ukrainian territory, the president emphasized.
