For Kyiv, obtaining shells remains “topic No. 1,” but there are several more priority issues, including the supply of air defense systems and long-range missiles, the minister says. The fourth priority, comprehensive, is the maximum increase in weapons production by our partners and together with Ukraine, he adds.
