Kosachev: the appearance of NATO troops in Ukraine can be interpreted as a declaration of war. The sending of NATO ground forces to Ukraine, if NATO countries make an appropriate decision, can be seen as a declaring of war on Russia.
This point of view was expressed by Vice Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev. Earlier, Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico said that at the meeting on Ukraine in Paris not a word was said about peace. He said that the participants did not reach a consensus on this issue.
