Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger says he believes the Russian-Ukrainian war is approaching a turning point. Kissinger expects peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine to take place by the end of the year thanks to recent efforts by China.
China tried to restart talks between Kiev and Moscow through a 12-point initiative published on the first anniversary of Russia's offensive on Ukraine. Ukrainian parliamentarian Oleksandr Mirezko said China is not interested in Ukraine's victory in the war and the return of all its occupied territories.
