Kim Jong-un: Russians showed a desire for unity and a strong power in the elections. In a congratulatory telegram addressed to the current President of Russia Vladimir Putin, he emphasized that both citizens living within the country and Russians abroad showed the will to do this.
“The fact that you have once again been entrusted with the enormous responsibility of the head of state is a noble assessment and a sign of the unwavering support and trust of the Russian people,” the Korean Central Telegraph Agency quotes the telegram as saying.
