Judicial setback to the Catalan National Assembly for committing a "boycott" against "Ibex 35 companies, the BOE or the Bernabéu box". The Provincial Court of Barcelona has rejected the appeal presented by the ANC against the ruling that forced it to close its campaign website.

The judges reiterate that the actions of the entity organizing the large demonstrations of the Diada were "disloyal and contrary to good faith" The ANC's Strategic Consumption campaign was included "within a set of proposals to give real effectiveness to the proclamation of the Catalan Republic"
