José Luis Ábalos (64) has once again made the news for the arrest of Koldo García, the right-hand man of the former Minister of Development, for a scheme of commissions for contracts of 50 million euros. The socialist politician was Minister of Public Works (2018-2021), secretary of organization and spokesperson for the PSOE in Parliament.
He has separated from his third wife (he has five children with three wives), police officer Carolina Perles, advisor at the Madrid Government Delegation.
