Final adjustments are being made with a view to publication. Prime Minister Kishida will be the first Japanese prime minister in nine years to visit the United States as a state guest for seven days from the 8th to the 14th next week. The new framework is expected to include the US semiconductor giant Nvidia, the IT giant Amazon, and the University of Tsukuba, and is considering investing at least $100 million in funding to advance research.
