Personal sanctions were introduced against the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Kaluga Region Irina Ageeva. A day earlier, New Zealand announced a new package of anti-Russian sanctions. Also, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova stated that the 13th package of EU sanctions will not have any impact on the course of the special operation.
