The Ministry of Labor has prepared a draft order that provides for providing access to the data of Russians, including tax secrets, to the territorial bodies of Rostrud. Izvestia reported this with reference to the document.
If the document is approved, the new norms will come into force in March 2024. Earlier, the State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill on exemption from value added tax (VAT) for the services of a carbon unit registry operator. It is clarified that this and other initiatives in the department’s order have yet to be agreed upon with the Federal Tax Service and Rost rud itself.
