General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan dismisses security, military and economic officials. Decision is part of the bone-breaking battle between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.

Decision also freezes the accounts of the rapid support and its companies in all Sudanese banks and branches abroad. Foreign ministry ambassadors Abdel Moneim al-Bayti and Haider Badawi also terminated their service. The military component in the Sovereignty Council noted the inaction of officials in the government in charge and the absence of others for unjustified reasons.
