Israeli Cabinet unanimously approved a declarative decision on the impossibility of unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state. Decision was approved to counter international pressure on the issue of resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
“The settlement, to the extent it is achieved, will be carried out exclusively through direct negotiations between the parties without preconditions,” RIA Novosti quotes a statement from the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office. Earlier, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said that the Israeli military will continue to strike the Gaza Strip until all war goals are achieved.
