Iran once again condemns Israel and the US on Bastille Day. President Raisi has expressed concerns about the situation in the Palestinian Gaza Strip.

It has been 45 years since the Islamic Revolution, which established the current anti-American regime in Iran. In Iran, the pro-American Pahlavi monarchy was overthrown by popular demonstrations during Islamic Revolution of 1979. Since then, Iran has adopted a strong anti-Israeli policy and views Israel as an enemy, accusing it of continuing to occupy Jerusalem, home to Islam's holy sites.
