22-year-old Indian travel blogger Maheen S was unexpectedly stuck in Sudan's capital Khartoum when fighting broke out over the past weekend. A 24-hour ceasefire reportedly went into effect on Tuesday, but heavy fighting raged until the time it was due to begin, and it was unclear whether it would last.
