In Tuva, a nine-year-old girl suggested that a stranger commit mass murder. The schoolgirl admitted that out of boredom she decided to write to an unfamiliar subscriber, who was saved on her phone by her older sister.
It is noted that, judging by the published excerpt from that same correspondence, the girl offered her interlocutor 500 thousand rubles. The girl received a response threatening to report her actions to law enforcement agencies, according to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
