Cartoonist "Z" is one of the fiercest critics of what he sees as a "dictatorship" He claims to have "stumbled by chance" into caricature when his image was censored under Ben Ali. "I'm reaching people who are reluctant to the very idea of my drawings," he says.
"It's a kind of curse, to wonder if there is not a ghost that inhabits the basement of the (presidential) Palace of Carthage, which makes everyone who enters it lose their minds," he adds.
