Man tore the Russian flag from the police building in Pavlovsky district of Nizhny Novgorod region. Police found that the attacker was a previously repeatedly convicted resident of the city of Vorsma.
Man was detained under Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses on disobedience to the order of the policeman. The court sentenced him to administrative arrest for four days. The maximum punishment for which is one year in prison for desecration of the state flag of Russia.
