A stray dog bit the face of a ten-year-old boy near a school in the village of Filimonovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The boy received injuries in the form of bite wounds in the area of his right eye.
The child was taken to the hospital and a criminal case has been opened. On March 13, it was reported that the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, would be reported on the progress of the investigation into an attack by stray dogs on two schoolgirls.
