The incident occurred in the village of Volochaevskoye near Kaliningrad. A 39-year-old drunk man was shooting at a car radiator in an apartment with an air gun.
Inadvertently, he shot his daughter running past. The girl is in intensive care with a head injury. The man was detained by police. Earlier, law enforcement officers identified two young men who shot at the windows in the city of Kopeysk. The men were identified by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
