A lynx brought from Moscow disguised as a cat was caught near a house in Marbella. The animal was brought to Spain in 2022 by air, registering it as a domestic cat.
A case has been opened for violating the anti-smuggling law. Earlier it was reported that a lynx ran into the territory of a kindergarten in the Russian city of Cherepovets. The lynx was caught and transferred to the exotic mammal rescue center. The incident occurred in the autonomous community of Andalusia.
