The Russian government has approved the necessary changes to the regulations on licensing educational activities. The licensing requirements for driving schools will be tightened in the country from April 1.
The resolution was prepared to implement the new norms of the federal law “On Road Safety” which were adopted in July 2023. An earlier survey showed that in Russia 60% of novice drivers get behind the wheel immediately after receiving their license. The corresponding document is at the disposal of TASS, which is published by the Russian government.
