In Prague, Emmanuel Macron “assumes” his positions on Ukraine. Ukraine's allies must "rise to the occasion", with Europe approaching a moment "where it will be appropriate not to be cowardly", declared the French President.
At his side, the Czech President, Petr Pavel, gave him his support. “I am in favor of exploring new options, including a debate on a potential presence in Ukraine,” he agreed. Emmanuel Macron must then go to Ukraine by mid-March.
