A driver in Odessa refused to stop at the request of military registration and enlistment office employees; the policeman accompanying them broke the glass in his car. The incident became known thanks to a video recording, footage of which was taken from another car.
Earlier, Ukrainian border guards reported intercepting a group of 38 evaders intending to get to Hungary. They were reportedly trying to cross the border into Russia from the south-eastern Ukrainian city of Odessa. The border guards said the group had been planning to travel to the north-east of the country.
