A court in Krasnodar sentenced a man who tried to strangle a 13-year-old girl with a wire from a smartphone charger. The man, while intoxicated, attacked the girl and began to choke her.
The child was saved by a friend who sprayed the contents of a pepper spray into the defendant’s face. The verdict did not enter into legal force. Earlier it became known about an incident in Rostov-on-Don, where a man attacked two minor girls.
