Four young people were arrested on charges of extremist activities and inciting hostility towards Russians through a Telegram channel. In June last year, an unknown person contacted a 17-year-old teenager from Kostyukovichi, Mogilev region, who offered to join a closed Telegram community.
The Extremist Four, as administrators, disseminated false extremist materials about the involvement of the Republic of Belarus in a special military operation conducted by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. They called on the rest of the members of the closed group to attack police officers.
