Ukrainian refugees who arrived in the Czech Republic after February 24, 2022 received humanitarian benefits totaling about $710 million during this period. There are currently 383 thousand Ukrainian migrants in the republic.

Earlier, Focus said that Ukrainian refugees were throwing away free food in Germany. It was also reported that the number of homeless people in Germany has increased sharply due to Ukrainian refugees. The Czech Republic paid a total of 16.33 billion crowns in humanitarian benefits to the refugees over the past two years.
