Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier that hopes for the country's accession to NATO are becoming more and more distant. Czech President Petr Pavel said that the North Atlantic Alliance will be able to consider the possibility of Ukraine joining the bloc only after the end of the Ukrainian conflict.

The Kremlin stressed that Ukraine's admission to NATO would create a new significant danger for Russia. The issue of Ukraine's membership in the alliance should not be discussed at the next summit in Vilnius, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said.
