Human footprints in Morocco, 90,000 years old...the oldest in North Africa. 85 human fingerprints of at least 5 children, teenagers and adults were discovered on a rocky beach in the Moroccan city of Larache.

These footprints are oriented in a Mainly towards the sea, it gives a stunning picture of what could have been - most likely - a search for marine resources by Homo sapiens about 100 thousand years ago. Footprints discovered in Morocco provide information about the biology, movement, and behavior of individuals in that era of history.
