February 9th marks World Pizza Day. Pizza is the most consumed food in the world.

Around 5 billion pizzas are eaten every day on the planet. The art created by the Neapolitan pizzaioli has been declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. The world's most expensive pizza is made with organic flour, Australian pink salt, red lobster, three different types of sturgeon caviar from the Caspian Sea and the Danube Sea, fish eggs, Cilentro prawns and cognac.
