Hong Kong stocks got off to a good start in the Year of the Dragon, with the three major indexes closing strongly. Hang Seng Index opened slightly lower, then fluctuated upwards, and finally closed strongly, closing at 15879.38 points, an increase of 132.8 points, or 0.84%.
