Hezbollah says it carried out two military operations against a gathering of soldiers at the Al-Malikiyah site in northern Israel. Israeli artillery bombed some areas in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah also announced the killing of one of its members in an exchange of bombing with Israel, bringing the number of its dead since the start of the border confrontations on October 8 to 264. The frequency of mutual attacks on the border between Lebanon and Israel has recently escalated in the wake of Israeli threats to expand the attacks.
