[HIGHLIGHTS] Helicopters of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed seven targets each, repelling the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye direction

The Armed Forces of Ukraine, during a night attempt to attack in the Zaporozhye direction, lost up to seven tanks or armored vehicles. This was stated by the commander of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District, Major General Ivan Popov.

According to him, each flight of the army aviation unit ended with the effective use of anti-tank guided missiles. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the reserves of the Ukrainian Armed Forces did not fulfill the task.
