Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, said that the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front is bad. “There are not enough shells, and there are objective reasons for this,” he said.
He also admitted that the Ukrainian army had switched to a “defensive operation” on the line of combat contact. The Minister instructed to more actively conduct reconnaissance throughout the entire depth of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defense.
