The municipal council in Bollnäs introduced a ban on nitrous oxide in public places. "I think the basis for the decision was too poor," says municipal councillor Hannes Pihljamaa Snabba.
But municipal commissioner Tommy Winqvist thinks it was right to make the decision. Hear him in the video below about why he thinks the decision is important even though it's unclear if it's legal. The ban will be in place until the end of the year.
